Team Member Spotlight : Wes LeBlanc

Wes LeBlanc joined QSM in 2019, after first working as an engineer, following his graduation from LSU.
Today, he is part of QSM’s Business Development team, where he works closely with TJ Truxillo, Ben Giardina, Josh Loeske, and Eric Beach.
We caught up with Wes recently.

How long have you been with QSM?
A little over two years
What do you like most about QSM?
The culture of the company and the unique role in which QSM is able to serve the market.
What is your role at QSM?
Business Development
What’s your favorite thing about your role?
Being able to work with engineers and architects to help solve problems they face in their projects. I love educating them about new and innovative solutions and seeing a project come together from start to finish.
What are you proud of, as it relates to your time at QSM?
The many relationships I have gained through working with engineers on various projects.
Is there something you’d like to be more involved with, but are not – at the moment?
Currently, most of the projects I am involved with are in the Southeast Louisiana area. I would love to develop more connections and be involved with more projects throughout the state.
What do you do for fun outside of the office?
Spending time with friends and family. Raising my beautiful chickens with my wife. Staying active through exercising, flag football, and kickball.
Anything else you want to share about QSM or yourself that you’d like others to know?
