Team Member Spotlight: Diane Mustacchia

Diane Mustacchia started with QSM as an A/R Clerk making sure that our invoices were processed in a timely matter.
When asked about Diane— QSM’s CEO Josh Loeske, said, “Fairly early in her employment, she endured the implementation of a new ERP system, which is never an easy thing to do. More recently — like everyone else — we then had to navigate COVID and Hurricane Ida. While transitioning to a hybrid model of work, Diane always manages to get her work done with enough left in the tank to help our Office Manager take care of other tasks that need to be done.
“She is as reliable as they come … and always willing to lend a hand. We’re so happy to have her on the QSM team!”
We caught up with Diane recently.
Let’s see what she had to say … How long have you been with QSM?
I started working at QSM in October, 2011.
What do you like most about QSM?
I like working at QSM because of the respect and support we have, everyone gets along, and we also do some fun activities outside of the office.
What is your role at QSM?
My department is accounting. I take care of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
What’s your favorite thing about your role?
My favorite thing is having the ability to work from home or in the office, and working with my colleague Brandi Loubat, who is also in the accounting department.
What are you proud of, as it relates to your time at QSM?
I’m proud of working for a company that has strong moral principles.
Is there something you’d like to be more involved with, but are not – at the moment?
I would like to learn new roles in accounting, and offer more to the company.
What do you do for fun outside of the office?
When I’m not working … I enjoy boating, fishing, music festivals, and spending time with family and friends.
Anything else you want to share about QSM or yourself that you’d like others to know?
QSM cares about their employees and customers and it shows. The company always is creating new avenues for us to further our knowledge of the industry, and we all have a mindset that we want to create and growth for the company, and the industry, too.How long have you been with QSM?
