Dolton Jordan Joins QSM’s Sitework Solutions Team

QSM is pleased to announce an addition to our team … Dolton Jordan.
Dolton will fill the role of account manager in our Sitework Solutions Division, and he will call on customers in Louisiana and Mississippi. Dolton will be based in QSM’s Schriever office, where he will work closely with Corey Cloninger and Wes LeBlanc.
“We went out to look for someone in this new role because demand in the industry has increased, and so too, have QSM’s opportunities throughout Louisiana and in Mississippi,” says Eric Beach.
Jordan’s start date was October 5, 2023. We are pleased to welcome him aboard.
Dolton has more than 14 years of experience in Louisiana and the Gulf South region, and he comes to QSM with a background in operations management and logistics coordination. He also has experience with governmental permitting regulations and environmental compliance.
When asked why he chose to join QSM, he said: “Part of what stood out to me at QSM is the company’s Mission and Vision Statement — specifically where QSM strives to listen to the needs of our customers and employees. It says a lot about a company when they listen and put in the effort to produce innovative ideas and solutions as new issues come across.”
Dolton wants customers to know: “Honesty is central to my outlook on life. I say: be up-front and be respectful with people because I think that is the best way to achieve great outcomes.

Outside of the office Dolton enjoys spending time with and raising his young daughter. He says, “everything I do in life is to help her be a good person in this world, and to provide her with good experiences, and I think one of the best experiences we can provide our children is setting examples to show them the value in putting in a real effort to be truthful, do well, and connect with others — in business, and throughout life.”
