QSM is proud to announce the addition of Trey Weeks, as the new Technical Sales Representative in its Environmental Division. In this new capacity, Weeks will be responsible for sales and service at water treatment and wastewater treatment facilities across the state of Alabama, and in the Florida panhandle (up to the Apalachicola River).
Before joining QSM, Weeks worked for companies in South Carolina, Mississippi, and Louisiana. As graduate of Mississippi State University, in Starkville, MS, Weeks earned an engineering degree in Sustainable Bio-Products, and from there he went on to roles in the forestry, agriculture, and processing industries.
When asked what drew him to QSM, Weeks said, “personality wise, I was interested to join QSM because of its focus on teamwork, and I like that it is a solutions oriented culture.”
His start date was April 1, 2024, where he joined team members at our Schriever, LA location to take part in training courses. He joins Josh Loeske, TJ Truxillo, Mike Bolsinger, Jared Strum, Christian Dragna, and Fred Escher on QSM’s Environmental Solutions team.
“In fact, Trey took part in the AL/MS Water (Water Joint Annual Meeting), just this past week,” says Loeske, CEO. “We’re proud to welcome him to our team.”
The AL/MS Water (Water Joint Annual Meeting) is a centralized, annual event which focuses on education, training and networking for the water resources community throughout the states of Alabama and Mississippi. It was held this year, in Mobile, AL from April 7-10, 2024.
“It’s great for me to hit-the-ground-running, and to be able to participate in an industry wide event, during just my second week with the QSM team,” said Weeks.
When asked about QSM’s core values, Weeks said, “the whole HEROIC theme resonates with me. I am especially drawn to the Ownership aspect in HEROIC. I want to own what’s next, and I am eager to build strong relationships so we can bring innovative and cost effective infrastructure solutions to a region that is poised for growth.”
Weeks lives in Mobile, and will serve the Florida panhandle plus the whole state of Alabama from that location. In his time away from work, he is an avid fisherman, enjoys live music, and he is a staunch supporter of the Mississippi State Bulldogs.”
Call Trey on 985-502-3155 (cell) and 855-469-2015 (office) to introduce yourself. He looks forward to meeting everyone in our Alabama and Florida region.
