QSM Welcomes Blake Fogleman in Environmental Sales

QSM is pleased to announce Blake Fogleman, P.E., has joined our Environmental Division as Technical Sales Representative for south central and southeast Louisiana. Blake brings extensive experience in water infrastructure and environmental engineering to support QSM’s mission of delivering innovative, cost-effective solutions to our customers.
A Louisiana native and LSU graduate, Blake’s 15-year career spans the full spectrum of water infrastructure – from engineering design and regulatory oversight to utilities management. Most recently, he served as Deputy Chief Engineer of Field Operations at the Louisiana Department of Health, where he oversaw water systems from the Atchafalaya Basin to the Mississippi state line.
“What intrigued me most about QSM is seeing how TJ Truxillo and his team approach every project focused on delivering real solutions to their customers,” Blake says. “They’re never in a room to force a sale or equipment on people. Blake’s background includes roles at the Shaw Group, where he conducted environmental testing and design work, and five years at a LaPlace engineering firm specializing in water and wastewater projects. Then, … as Utilities Director for St. John the Baptist Parish, he managed four water facilities and seven wastewater treatment facilities serving more than 50,000 residents.
In his new role, Blake will represent QSM’s water and wastewater treatment equipment manufacturers across a region spanning from Acadia Parish to the Mississippi state line, including major metropolitan areas such as Lafayette, Baton Rouge, Hammond, and New Orleans.

A resident of Gonzales, Blake grew up in Crowley and maintains deep connections throughout Louisiana’s water resources industry. When not working to improve the state’s water infrastructure, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
