QSM is proud to announce a new agreement with McWane Plant and Industrial (MPI), the powerhouse behind some of the waterworks industry’s most respected brands. This agreement was made effective on August 3, 2026.
QSM now represents MPI and its full portfolio — Kennedy, M&H, Clow, McWane Ductile, Tyler Union, and Waterman — in Alabama and in the Florida panhandle.
This expanded partnership is rooted in years of collaboration and success between QSM and the MPI family. The new agreement was championed by TJ Truxillo and Josh Loeske, who worked closely with MPI leadership to formalize QSM’s role as the official OEM representative for these key southern markets.
MPI’s brands set the gold standard for innovation, reliability, and engineering excellence in waterworks. From advanced valve and hydrant solutions to state-of-the-art ductile iron pipe and fittings, the MPI portfolio is synonymous with quality and performance. The addition of QSM’s representation across Alabama and Florida means contractors, distributors, and municipalities throughout the region can expect an even higher standard of support and technical expertise.
“MPI’s brands are recognized nationwide for pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in water infrastructure,” said TJ Truxillo, VP of Environmental, at QSM. “Our team’s deep technical knowledge and commitment to service make us the ideal partner to support MPI’s next chapter in Alabama and Florida.”

In Northern Alabama, Logan Laird brings years of experience and a distinct understanding of the market’s needs.
“Our customers know they’re getting more than just products — they’re gaining a partner who understands the local landscape and who stands behind every solution,” said Josh Loeske, CEO at QSM. “We’re honored to expand our role with MPI and look forward to delivering the best in service and support.”
