Case in point: Durr Heavy Construction worked closely with QSM on a project on the West Bank of Jefferson parish. The property is adjacent to River Road in Marrero, and it called for a long run of reinforced concrete pipe — 1,280 linear feet.
In addition to reinforced concrete pipe, QSM also supplied Durr with 4,000 feet of A-2000 PVC.
These drainage components are being used in a traditional sub-surface commercial capacity; the reinforced concrete pipe is being used to replace an open air drainage canal — with reinforced concrete pipe specified in 48-inch round diameter.
