Brandi Loubat joined the team before the company was named QSM.

That makes her one of QSM’s longest-term employees, and an important player too. CEO Josh Loeske says, “Brandi is the heartbeat of QSM. She lives and breathes our core values. Simply stating that Brandi is mindful, trustworthy, and dependable would be an understatement. She keeps us all in line and will lend a hand to anyone in need. She goes above and beyond making all our workdays easier and more enjoyable.”

Brandi first started working with Josh Loeske and Eric Beach in the days prior to QSM’s founding when the company was called F&G Services.

She, Eric, and Josh worked together at F&G, and Brandi was part of the transition team when Josh and Helen Loeske purchased the company and then rebranded as QSM in 2007.

We caught up with Brandi to ask her about working at QSM, here’s what she had to say …How long have you been with QSM?

I have been with QSM since day one. I started working for F & G Services May 2005 and transitioned to QSM’s accounting department once they were open.

What do you like most about QSM?

What I like most about QSM is the work environment. We have a great team of employees, I feel like everyone gets along well, we are respectful and help each other when we can. I believe we all strive to follow QSM’s core values daily.

What is your role at QSM?

I am the Office Manager / Controller.

What’s your favorite thing about your role?

I like the flexibility and freedom I have within my role. I have a lot of tasks that need to be done and set deadlines but I have the freedom to choose what order I do my tasks in and I am able to coordinate my schedules to get them done.

What are you proud of, as it relates to your time at QSM?

I am proud of being part of QSM, watching it grow from where it started to where it is now and can’t wait to see what the future holds.

Is there something you’d like to be more involved with, but are not at the moment?

Not right now. My schedule is kind of busy with three kids at the moment.

What do you do for fun outside of the office?

I like spending time with family and friends.How long have you been with QSM?
