Tommy Boudreaux of Norris Boudreaux Contractors, in Houma, La., says that although his firm has been in business for 16 years, it’s always been known as “too little of a company to be considered big, and too big of a company to be considered little.”

Two projects recently completed by Norris Boudreaux might change that perception:  Summerfield Subdivision, in Houma, La. and D&G Estates in Bayou Blue. These jobs put Norris Boudreaux squarely in the realm of “the right size company for any job when you need it done right…the first time.”

Norris Boudreaux, a Louisiana state licensed general contractor, focuses on infrastructure for commercial development.

QSM was called on to supply Norris Boudreaux with concrete pipe and corrugated metal pipe at these two locations.

Summerfield, the 17th phase of a high-end subdivision within the Houma City Limits, required exacting specifications. QSM delivered 15-inch and 36-inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP), 24″ NCP Foley, sewer manholes and castings.

“That job had to be exact,” said Boudreaux. “Engineering design specs called for certain materials, and we called on Steven at QSM because we know he is someone we can rely on.”

“I’ll give you an example,” said Boudreaux, “on the day of delivery Steven not only came out to the job site, he called us to keep us apprised of the situation, and he met with the factory delivery drivers to guide them to the site location — where else are you going to get professional, personal service like that? It’s unbeatable.”

Boudreaux says customer service is important to he and his team because that’s what they provide to their customers. He also said, “in this business, time is money. It’s as simple as that.”

“QSM is excellent with scheduling. They’ve helped us stay on point, and they helped us save our customers money. When you have a supporting cast behind you like QSM, you can’t help but be better at your job.”

That sentiment is why Norris Boudreaux relies on QSM, and why so many companies in Terrebonne and Lafourche Parishes rely on Norris Boudreaux when it comes to infrastructure, drainage and earth work development.
