QSM Welcomes Tim Griffith to QSM’s Site Solutions Group in Business Development for North Louisiana and North Mississippi

QSM is proud to announce the addition of Tim Griffith to our Site Solutions division, where he will work on business development efforts across North Louisiana and Northern Mississippi. Tim brings a unique mix of experience, energy, and values that align perfectly with QSM’s vision and culture.
Tim’s path to QSM is anything but typical. After a decade in the medical profession, with much of it spent as a registered nurse, Tim decided to return to his roots in the construction industry. Growing up, he spent his summers working for his father’s contracting company, learning the trade from the ground up. That early exposure taught him the value of hard work, problem-solving, and integrity — traits that have guided his career ever since.
“Transitioning from medicine to civil site solutions isn’t as big of a leap as people might think,” says Tim. “In medicine, I was constantly presented with new challenges — each one a little different, but all requiring a tailored approach and a steady hand. It’s the same with infrastructure projects. The key is listening, understanding what people need, and then finding the right solution.”
Tim is a graduate of Louisiana College (now Louisiana Christian University) in Pineville, LA, where he also played collegiate baseball. He lives in Minden, LA, with his wife and two children.
When asked what drew him to QSM, Tim points to the company’s core values, … especially integrity. “Without integrity, you can’t make any other promises. That word stood out to me in QSM’s values. It’s how I try to approach everything I do.”
