The property, designed by James Freret in 1891, originally housed The Monastery of St. Joseph and St. Teresa of the Discalced Carmelites of New Orleans. Today, Bancroft Property Investments and Rick Fifield Architects are managing the adaptive reuse project that will result in residential units.

Mullin installed the product in several areas on the grounds — which sits on more than one acre of land at the northern edge of the French Quarter.
